Group Training
|
After having enjoyed an immensely enjoyable 6 months at Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park, we have paused the outdoor training service over the cooler / wetter months and will resume in October 2012. We can hardly wait and will ensure we come back bigger and better! Thanks to all who participated with such enthusiasm over the past 6 months. Your positive attitudes are infectious and make you a joy to train. So with the outdoor put on hold, we have an awesome opportunity to stay active over the cooler months without having to brave the wet and cold. If you’ve ever seen Paul Taylor take contestants of The Biggest Loser for their BioAge assessments, you’ll have realized that he is a very intelligent man. Check out Paul in action here. Now I am proud to say that I am working in Paul Taylor’s very own facility, Acumotum, where the philosophy is all about intelligent fitness. They have truly unique classes that help to grow your fitness and your mind, improving your ability to move like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. These classes are run by world class Personal Trainers (not fitness instructors) and best of all they are a lot of fun and guaranteed to make you smile. I will also be taking a few of the sessions each week. What more could you want? Come down and experience the Rolls Royce of group personal training at Acumotum. The best thing is that you’ll get 3 complimentary sessions to get you started. I promise you’ll love it. Just mention my name (Luke D’Astoli) when you contact Acumotum and they’ll look after you or you can contact me directly with any questions you might have and I’ll walk you through it myself. Here’s a few thoughts on why I think group training is such a valuable service. Do you have trouble staying motivated to exercise? We’ve all been there. You’ve had a busy day and the last thing you feel like doing is getting yourself to the gym to exercise. And even if you accomplish that heady task of getting off the couch, you struggle to work hard which means that you’re probably not getting the results that you’re after. Which leads to, you guessed it, a loss of motivation and it just gets harder to get to the gym next time, There are a few keys to getting results with exercise:
As Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore is not an act, but a habit.” So consistency is the key to everything. The keys to consistency with exercise:
We honestly believe that we can help you to be consistent with your training. And remember, consistency = results
We are proud to be affiliated with Boot Camps Australia. These people are the experts in the field of outdoor group training with their many locations all receiving rave reviews nationwide. Points of difference from other group exercise services:
